JAD Design Group has been successfully building a small number of quality select homes for over 10 years. Our design philosophy extends naturally into our building philosophy; provide the absolute best built product possible within the limits of the budget and timeline. We strive to create unique and dramatic spaces that function perfectly for today’s family.
Once the Design Phase is complete, JAD will provide a Project Budget and Schedule, based on provided subcontractor bids and interviews.
Following the Bid Stage and Client approvals, Construction can commence. JAD will facilitate all permitting and approvals.
Each stage of Construction is supervised thoroughly by JAD including; site work, foundation, framing, insulation, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, hard surfaces and millwork, painting, and landscaping. All subcontractors are committed to provide the best labor and materials to insure the ultimate integrity of the Project.
Clients are an integral part of the building process, and are presented with recommendations and alternate options throughout. Scheduled progress meetings provide regular updates and information, keeping the budget and timeline on track.
The end result is a outstanding quality built Custom Home that will provide its owners with dramatic and functional spaces for generations to come.
