Step 1: Site Visit & Property Analysis
Every project begins with a personal site visit by Jason Aselin. Before any design work begins, it is essential to fully understand the property’s opportunities, challenges, and unique character.
During the site visit, we evaluate:
- Local architectural vernacular and neighborhood character
- Site topography and sloping conditions
- Driveway access and circulation opportunities
- Solar orientation and natural daylight patterns
- Existing vegetation, tree lines, and preservation opportunities
- Significant natural features and focal points

Step 2: Preliminary Design Drawings

Step 5: Construction Phase Services
